Experience:
Helen joined Mobico Group in May 2024 as Group CFO. Helen is a respected finance leader of 30 years, as Group CFO in diverse industry sectors and in Plc, private equity and private companies. With extensive experience leading transformation and turnaround, in global roles, Helen has a strong track record in M&A including IPO. Prior to the Mobico Group, Helen has been the Group CFO in large cap companies including Octopus Group, Ideal Standard International BV, Selecta Group and ISG.
Helen is a chartered management accountant, fellow of the Institute of Directors, and holds an executive MBA from IMD Lausanne. Helen is an experienced executive and non-executive board member and chair and is Executive in Residence at IMD.
Key strengths in support of the Company’s strategy:
- Provides effective financial support for the development and delivery of Company strategy
- Maintains robust management of internal controls, including risk management, providing a sound control and risk environment within which strategy can be delivered
- Builds strong relationships with the Company’s equity and debt investors helping to ensure their understanding of and support for the Company’s strategy
- Alongside the CEO, champions the Company’s sustainability ambitions which are linked to the stakeholder outcomes of the Evolve strategy, including the Group’s focus on being an environmental leader
