Alsa has become the first road passenger transport company in the world to obtain the RSI Road Safety Certificate from the FIA - Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile.
The FIA RSI certificate is a system that allows companies to measure and improve their impact on road safety by evaluating three key pillars: fleet safety, driver performance, and organisational management. Its objective is to reduce accident rates and reinforce a commitment to safety within ESG policies. This recognition reinforces Alsa's commitment to a mobility model that is increasingly safe and sustainable.

Alsa was presented its certification at the Change Accelerated Live event. Representing the company, Eduardo Mayoral Maestro, Director of Safety, and Ignacio Perez-Carasa, Director of Institutional Relations and CSR, received the certificate from Carmelo Sanz de Barros, President of the RACE (Real Automóvil Club de España) and the FIA Senate, and Alberto Villarreal Gutiérrez, Director General of the FIA.

The event took place at the Circuito de Madrid Jarama - RACE, part of the Formula E World Championship, where Alsa was the event's logistics partner, providing a fleet of more than 20 shuttle buses for attendees, and connecting the city centre to the circuit.
