Experience:

Miguel holds an EMBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business (Honors) and has more than 25 years’ experience in finance and management gained in the Telco and Public Transport industries, including Vodafone and Cable and Wireless. With an international finance background, Miguel has led businesses operating across global geographies for the last 20 years.

After having worked two years for Mobico Group, he joined Alsa in 2016 to lead its international growth strategy. He has completed more than 15 acquisitions and delivered expansion into four new countries, including Government public transport contract wins in Europe and the Middle East. Miguel oversees Alsa’s operating businesses and future opportunities in Portugal, France, Switzerland, Saudi Arabia and Bahrain, with full P&L responsibility for these operations.
