Ruth joined Alsa in 2022. She brings more than 20 years’ senior HR leadership across global organisations and has deep expertise in talent, organisational design and cultural and digital transformation. Ruth has worked for companies including Acciona, Pepsico and Union Fensa.
Ruth holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from Carlos III University in Madrid and has a Master’s degrees in Compensation and Benefits (Garrigues) and Occupational Risk Prevention (CEU). She champions a people-centred strategy, building cultures of trust, active listening and wellbeing that drive the cultural evolution.
